I work from a humanistic and integrative perspective which means helping you to understand why you are feeling or behaving the way that you do, letting you share and be listened to safely, at a pace that suits you, without pressure.

 

I am fully accredited qualified and experienced in the field of psychotherapy and a member of the Irish association of humanistic and integrative psychotherapy.

I come from a background of Health Promotion & Education & Training and have worked in the field of mental health promotion for 25 years.
